i was going through some files recently and found this shot. great story: a year or so ago, my family (the wife and kids) went to ny city for christmas. we were on the upper west side visiting some friends one night. we left there place late and headed to the subway. there were only a few lines running that late at night so we had to wait in this "ratty" subway. my son nick and i saw this bigass rat run into a drainage hole in the wall. nick said, "hand me your camera, quick!" (a digital point and shoot) he turned on the flash and held it flat up against the hole and pressed the button. we quickly looked at what he had taken, not knowing if anything would show up.
well this is the pic that he shot. we laughed and laughed. gotta love new york!

2009 addy awards
well, another year and another addy award ceremony. it was fun, we won 12 golds and 4 silvers and 1 bronze. it was great to see everybody in our industry hangin out and having fun. they are all strong. our great little city has some amazing talent that just grows and grows. i dig it. congrats to everyone. great job to jennifer waggoner on a hit show. my man mark lawrence crossed time barriers and emerged as the king of the 70's hit parade. groovy baby.

indigo girls
this indigo girls was created for the same veranda venue at the family circle cup site. a sweetass three color silkscreen on a dark green paper. gold, silver and black ink. it can be hung horizontal or vertical. the design was based on the indigo girls most recent release--having to do with posideon. fun stuff. real good then.
wailers
i haven't had a chance to show this poster we did back in the summer for the wailers show at the family circle cup veranda venue. this is a one color silkscreen on black stock. this one is raw, rich and technically simple. silver ink. right on!
drivin n cryin with leslie redux
i wanted to post the finished 2 color silkscreen we recently screened. the show was last year but we wanted to try it in a 2 color, latex paint silkscreen. turned out great. the black latex paint created texture that feels like thermography. on various stock.
